The Arugula and Mizuna are spicy lettuces that we received in our last shipment also. The Mizuna we used in a vegetarian Tatsoi, Mizuna, and Edamame Salad with Sesame Tofu last time and it was very good. The Arugula is a perfect all around salad green and we are using in a recipe tonight.
The Cucumber we got is the weirdest looking cucumber I've ever seen. It's very spikey and weird. One is green and the other is white. We will have to see what kind of recipes we can come up with.
We also received more Watermelon Radish this shipment and are using them tonight for a cool appetizer salad. See the recipe later.

The Butternut Squash, the Summer Squash, the Zucchini and the Melon all look incredibly yummy. The Butternut Squash will probably be used as a side dish with a tofu or seitan dish, while the summer squash and zucchini might be going into a frittata. Not sure what type of Melon we got...so we will just have to cut it open and see!

The Beans are the same type as we got last time, which we unfortunately didn't eat nearly enough of last time. Not sure how we are going to eat all of them this time...but I'll try and think of something!
It's really nice to get Onions this time since many of the recipes we make require onion, which saves us from going to the store to buy them! They look perfect, just like ones I would buy at the store! We also received Cherry Tomatoes again, but this time they were
the standard red cherry tomatoes instead of the yellow bell shaped ones we got last time. I'm sure my tomato loving boyfriend will find plenty to do with these.

The last thing in the shipment was Carrots. This time the carrots are the absolute opposite of the carrots we got last time. Last time they were short little squat things, this time they are incredibly long and skinny. We are really looking forward to seeing what we can make from these items!
