So I've had a really hard time finding recipes for the Watermelon Radish we received from our
CSA. This time in our weekly newsletter the
Tierra Miguel Foundation suggested thinly slicing the radish, adding a little bit of rice wine vinegar, and a slice of orange or tangerine. It was suprisingly light and sweet and incredibly beautiful as you can see!

Ingredients:
Watermelon Radish, sliced thinly
Orange or Tangerine, sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
Preperation (Simplest salad ever!):
- Cut up the Watermelon Radish and the Orange or Tangarine into thin slices.
- Pour the Rice Vinegar on the Watermelon Radish
- Stack the Watermelon Radish on top of the Orange or Tangarine slices
- Eat!
